Custom Clearance

The custom clearance process includes all the activities undertaken to facilitate movement of cargo from and to another. It involves preparation, filing, and submission of documents required for import/export (after undertaking due diligence), client representation during customs examination, assessment and payment of the customs duty and taking delivery of the goods along with the complete set of documents, from the customs department after clearance. Any cargo that passes through any port in the world goes through the customs clearance process.
